The nearest railway station is Warminster, which has regular connections to Bath and Bristol, Salisbury and London. The villages are a short 10-15 minute taxi ride away. There is a taxi rank at the station.
Tisbury station, located 20 minutes south of the Deverill Valley, has direct trains to London Waterloo every hour, and excellent connections to Exeter St Davids.
Head south on the A350 following signs for Blandford Forum and Poole. Longbridge Deverill is just 3 miles south of Warminster off the A350. Look out for the church and village hall on the left. A little further on you will find The George public house on the right. To get to our other villages take the first road on the right after The George (B3095) and follow this road through our picturesque valley reaching, in order, Hill Deverill, Brixton Deverill, Monkton Deverill and Kingston Deverill where you will find The Barn and the church.
Head north on the A350 following signs for Warminster. Approximately 13 miles north of Shaftesbury you will reach the village of Longbridge Deverill, where you will find The George public house on your left. To get to our other Deverills take the B3095 road to the left immediately before The George and follow this through our picturesque valley reaching, in order, Hill Deverill, Brixton Deverill, Monkton Deverill and Kingston Deverill where you will find The Barn and the church.
Why not try a more scenic route? From Shaftesbury, travelling on the A350, approximately 2 miles after the turning for the A303 take the next road on the left signposted to The Deverills. This will take you down over the hills giving you spectacular views of the valley. The first village you will come to is Monkton Deverill, with Kingston Deverill a little further on.
