Amalthea Duo enchants audiences with distinct programmes and the ability to create a beautiful atmosphere and a unique blend of sounds. Classically trained, Klio and Siobhan draw inspiration from both the baroque and classical eras and from different cultures and continents. Their programme will include:

In 2015 Amalthea toured Dorset under the Artsreach Touring Scheme receiving excellent reviews. Subsequent concerts have included a tour in Devon with the Villages in Action Touring Scheme, as well as apprearances at the St Luke's Concert Series in Brighton, the ADUR Arts Live Festival and the Chapel Royal Concert Series.

 

Amalthea enjoys collaborations with new composers and artists, for example recently commissioning Barry Mill's Flute & Harp Sketches which premiered to wide acclaim.
